1. Warranty Overview
LeatherForge, operated by CHRISTKOONCE LLC, stands behind the quality of our products. We offer the following warranty coverage on our tools and products, in addition to our 7-day return policy.

3. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Blade or tip breakage under normal use
- Hardware failure (snaps, buckles, clasps)
- Stitching or seam failure on storage products
- Missing components in sealed kits
4. What Is NOT Covered
- Normal wear and tear (edge dulling, surface scratches, patina)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
- Damage from dropping, bending, or using tools for unintended purposes
- Rust or corrosion from improper storage (store in dry environment)
- Modifications or alterations made by the customer
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Consumable items (thread, dye, wax, edge paint) after opening
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email [email protected] with your order number and "Warranty Claim" in the subject
- Include photos of the defect and the product
- Describe how the defect occurred and when it was discovered
- We will review your claim within 3 business days
- If approved, we will send a prepaid return label for the defective item
- Upon inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion
6. Tool Care Guide
To maximize the lifespan of your tools and maintain warranty validity:
- Cutting tools: Hone regularly on a leather strop; store in provided sheaths
- Punching tools: Use on cutting mats only, never on hard surfaces; clean after use
- Hardwood tools: Keep dry; oil periodically with food-grade mineral oil
- Storage products: Condition leather rolls quarterly with leather conditioner
- Steel tools: Wipe with light oil after use to prevent rust; store in dry environment
