1. Acceptance of Terms

LeatherForge ("the Site") is operated by CHRISTKOONCE LLC. By accessing and using christkoonce.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features (ordering, order history, saved addresses), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

Prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If an item is incorrectly priced, we may cancel your order and offer to re-place it at the correct price.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment must be received before order processing begins. 6. Product Safety and Warranties

CPSC Compliance: Our crafting tools comply with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulations.

Safety Warning: Leather crafting tools contain sharp edges and points. Misuse may result in serious injury. Always:

• Keep tools away from children and pets
• Use appropriate safety equipment (cut-resistant gloves, eye protection)
• Store tools in provided cases or rolls when not in use
• Follow all included instructions and safety guidelines

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to our site (e.g., Maker Gallery, reviews, comments), you grant LeatherForge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of CHRISTKOONCE LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHRISTKOONCE LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Injuries or damages resulting from misuse of our tools

• Website downtime, errors, or data loss
• Third-party product or service failures

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CHRISTKOONCE LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your submission of user-generated content.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any purchase shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Utah County, Utah, under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You and LeatherForge agree that each party may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of your first purchase. The notice must include your name, address, and statement of intent to opt out.

12. Force Majeure

CHRISTKOONCE LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or supply chain disruptions.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes outside of arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect.
